Valentine's Day or bust!
Hey all,
It's been a long time since I blogged. But hey. you have to have something to say and I really didn't. Until now. I do write romance but I detest Valentine's Day. Yes, I went there. I am the Scrooge of forced holidays. Which is what V-Day is. I feel for people forced to buy last minute, overpriced junk to show how much they care for their significant other. I say show her/him any time during the year except for that day. I feel for the recipient of said overpriced junk who has to smile at the tacky, tasteless gifts. Give me the money you spent on the stuff if you just must give me something! I just feel that we have been brainwashed and hijacked into a holiday which benefits business. Break the chains! Oh, have a Happy Valentine's Day!
