Update: DISSENT: New release date is Nov. 15th!

So much drama over book! Well, my dream was crushed. Amazon and Apple would NOT load it without text on the cover. So, I had to cave. The book will be at select e-retailers in ebook form; Amazon will carry the print version come December. So, you'll have your choice.
